The Emergency Medicine examination consists of two possible formats depending on the examination type. The first-attempt examination includes a single paper with 100 multiple-choice questions. The knowledge re-examination consists of two papers, each containing 75 multiple-choice questions, for a total of 150 questions. Candidates are also provided with a mock examination before the official exam to familiarize themselves with the examination format and procedures.
